Cardio Full Body Barre

This one-hour class will target a full body workout while making you sweat and having fun! The structure of the class will include 30 min. of intense dance cardio and arms -both bicep and triceps. The next 30 min. will focus on small target muscle movements at the barre and on the mat targeting glutes, legs, abs and arms.

Equipment

yoga mat, 2-3 lb. weights, barre (chair) Optional equipment will include: ball, bands
