This one-hour class will target a full body workout while making you sweat and having fun! The structure of the class will include 30 min. of intense dance cardio and arms -both bicep and triceps. The next 30 min. will focus on small target muscle movements at the barre and on the mat targeting glutes, legs, abs and arms.
