Courtney’s barre class is a full body workout where grace meets athleticism. I use fun basic dance moves and up-beat kickboxing for the cardio portion of my class. Mat work including Planks, pushups and light hand weights are incorporated for upper body strength training. The ballet barre potion of the class is designed to work on firming, lifting and shaping the lower body. I use effective exercises that target abs, hips and booty for toned and tight muscles. Throughout the entire class I focus on posture and core strength. My class keeps you moving for a continuous burn with body shaping results.
Optional: yoga mat, 2-3 lbs. weights, ball and band
